Our company was founded in 1979 as a family business and is now ran by brothers Michael and Kevin Kelly. We are committed to continually investing in the latest technology and innovations, in order to deliver exceptional quality products within the turnaround time and at the price point our customers have come to expect. It is this pledge, along with outstanding levels of customer service, that has helped us stay ahead of the curve, maintain a loyal customer base and will help us grow the business going forward.
In the last few years alone, we have substantially invested in new premises, purchased industry leading equipment and attracted expert talent to help us support our clients.

Michael Kelly
Co-owner
Michael’s lifelong expertise in packaging and print, inherited from a family business background, has played a pivotal role in steering the company towards significant growth. He is focused on developing the company into one of the leading label manufacturing businesses in the country through investment, direction and leadership. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending his spare time with his young family.
Kevin Kelly
Managing Director
Under Kevin’s guidance, the company has experienced significant growth in recent years. His strategic vision, determination and hands-on approach have played a pivotal role in steering us towards success. Furthermore, Kevin has curated a talented team of experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the company. Out with the business, Kevin is a keen sportsman, enjoying football, golf, and rugby and loves sharing these activities with his young sons, combining sports and family time.
Scott Dunlop
Business Development Manager
Scott joined us in January 2024 and brings with him over 20 years’ experience as a BDM in South America. He returned to the UK with his family to live in Edinburgh over a decade ago and since then has enjoyed a successful career in the print industry. When he’s not helping clients with their labelling requirements, Scott enjoys travelling to exotic places and has a keen interest in local and international rugby.
Claire Boyle
Sales and Marketing Manager
Claire brings a wealth of experience in account management and marketing from 25 years the manufacturing sector, 15 of which was spent within the labelling industry. Having joined our team in 2023, she excels in delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs and is known for her friendly and approachable customer service. Outside work, she enjoys long-distance running, practicing yoga, and the chaos of family life.
Martin Miller
Operations Director
Martin has been integral to our senior management team since 2022, boasting over 30 years of expertise in the labelling industry. As a pioneer of digital label printing in the UK, his experience has been invaluable in seamlessly integrating this process into our operations. Martin’s contributions have earned him numerous awards within the field of labelling but when he’s not refining processes, he can be found spending time with his family and his new Huskie pup.
Gillian Brown
Office Manager
Gillian joined the team in July 2023 and keeps us all in check. Her organisational skills, which she developed in her previous roles in the construction industry, are second to none and she ensures that our BRC standards are being met. With over 20 years customer service experience she also is firsthand with supporting our clients. After a hard week, Gillian loves nothing more than celebrating the weekend with a cocktail or 3.
Tommy Ross
Graphic Designer
Tommy has been with the company since 2006. As a talented designer, he is a much valued member of the team and is highly experienced in artwork, label design, plate making and all other aspects of pre-press. He often works directly with our clients to bring design concepts to life as physical products. Whilst not being creative, Tommy likes to let off some steam by practising martial arts.
Ian Dunsmore
Printer
Ian, a senior member of our production team, has been with the company since 1988, making him one of our longest-serving employees. Primarily focused on flexographic printing, Ian’s role has evolved to encompass overseeing various manufacturing processes. Outside of work, you can usually find him on the golf course, aiming for that elusive hole-in-one, or planning his next getaway to sunnier destinations.
Stevie Chalmers
Printer
Stevie, one of our UV flexo printers, stands out as one of the most skilled members of the team. With an impressive 40 years of experience in the labelling and printing industry, Stevie became part of the Lothian team in 2014. Beyond his expertise in the field, he enjoys German beer, Italian wine, and spending time with his family and his beloved black lab puppy—although not necessarily in that order.
Danika Stewart
Accountant
Danika became a valuable member of the team in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience from previous financial roles within the manufacturing industry. Her keen attention to detail and analytical skills, honed over the years, have proven instrumental in driving the company’s financial strategies forward. Danika is expert in multi-taking as she is a busy mum to two young children who keep her on her toes.
Caroline Kernachan
Operator
Caroline joined our team in September 2023 as a production operator, bringing with her a wide and varied range of skills which she has developed in her previous roles within the manufacturing sector. Her keen attention to detail consistently upholds the superior quality of our products. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys the exhilaration of riding her motorbike.
Graeme Aitken
Digital Printer
Graeme joined us in 2021 and has quickly established himself as an invaluable asset to our team. With an impressive 14 years’ experience in the labelling industry Graeme takes charge of overseeing all production runs on our HP Indigo press, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in our operations. Outside of work, he is a huge football fan and when he’s
not playing the sport himself, he is cheering on his favourite team.
Sandy Laing
Printer
Sandy, our longest-serving employee, joined the company back in 1982 and is truly a jack-of-all-trades. With expertise spanning all flexographic printing and finishing processes, he takes charge of our crucial conversion process. When he’s not ensuring everything runs smoothly, you’ll find him cheering on Hearts football team or enjoying precious moments with his family.
