Our own in-house design studio allows us to provide assistance in designing a product range from conception to completion.
On-site plate making facilities means a quick turnaround when printing on our flexographic presses.
And, we also have the facilities to offer foiling and embossing enhancements together with lamination.
Flexographic Printing
We use Mark Andy flexographic equipment, giving us the capability of producing labels in up to 7 colours. The flexographic machines can be used to produce exact Pantone™ colours for ultra-critical colour work. The flexographic presses are also much faster than even the fastest digital presses meaning they are ideally suited to long runs of labels, giving you excellent value for money.
Digital Printing
We run a Xeikon 3300 press alongside our flexographic press. This has made us one of few label manufacturers in the UK offering high quality digital labels and UV flexographic labels under one roof.
This digital press offers state-of-the-art technology, meaning that we print a wide colour gamut in rich, vibrant colours with excellent light fastness.
Digital print is also suitable for variable information, sequential numbering, barcodes and other security features. Our Xeikon press is designed to produce high quality, sharp images that give product labels a quality look and visual impact.
Digital labels also have the benefit that no printing plates are required, meaning huge savings on setup costs, and many different products can be run together to give you fantastic economy on your labels.
Thermal Transfer Ribbons
We offer a stock range of thermal transfer ribbons suitable for all types of thermal transfer printers, including desktop & Industrial Printers, In-Line Coding printers and Print & Apply systems.
We can supply a ribbon for every type of thermal transfer printer on the market, including Allen Coding, Argox, Avery, CAB, Carl Valentin, Citizen, Datamax, Godex, Intermec, Markem, Printronix, Sato, Tharo, Toshiba, TSC, Zebra.
Each ribbon grade has been selected based on quality, reliability, value and its ability to cover a wide range of applications.
Colour Thermal Transfer Ribbons
Your Own Brand offers a very good selection of different colour ribbons and a service to custom produce any colour as required. This colour range is by far one of the most comprehensive colour ranges available.
