Design

If you have you have your own artwork, great. If not, our in-house design team can take your concept and help turn it into a reality. Using the latest software, we can offer a full design service or simply make modifications to your existing design. We also make our own polymer printing plates on site, avoiding the need to order from a 3rd party and keeping turnaround times to a minimum.

Flexographic
Printing

For higher volumes with the exceptional print quality you would expect , we use a Mark Andy flexographic press using UV inks.  This gives us the capability of producing labels in up to 7 colours and can be used to produce exact Pantone™ colours for ultra-critical colour work. We also have 2 other other presses which use water-based inks. The flexographic presses are much faster than even the fastest digital presses meaning they are ideally suited to long runs of labels, giving you excellent value for money.

Digital
Printing

More cost effective for shorter runs, our HP Indigo digital press offers state-of-the-art technology which results in your labels having a quality look for visual impact.   We print a wide colour gamut in rich, vibrant colours with excellent light fastness.  Digital print is also suitable for variable information, sequential numbering, barcodes and other security features. Our press produces high quality, photographic sharp images. Digital printing also has the benefit of minimal set-up, meaning huge savings whilst a variety of products can be run together giving you fantastic economy on your labels.

Hot/Cold
Foiling

For beautifully finished branding labels, using decorative foils gives you that luxury look.  If you want to promote your products as high-end, foiling could be a cost-effective solution that adds value to your product and helps your product command attention on store shelves. Foils also come in a wide variety of colours and finishes so that your product remains on-brand– ask one of our team for samples.

Embossing

Embossing not only elevates the visual allure of your label, but also introduces a luxurious tactile element. The raised texture enhances the overall aesthetic, ensuring your product has that all important shelf appeal.
